Getting Started
- Enter you ID and Password
Your ID is “OR” followed by your Social Security Number. For example: OR123456789.Your password is your Social Security Number. Once your enter your ID and Password click “LOG-IN.”
Please Note: If your ID and Password are not recognized by the system, please contact the Oregon Insurance Division at 503-947-7981 for additional information.
- Update Your Account
Provide your telephone number on the “Additional Information Required” page. This information is needed in case we need to contact you. Select “Continue” after the update has been made. You will receive a security information prompt; click “YES” to continue. - Enter Your School Code (only!)
You need to look-up your school code and enter in the “School Code” field. A listing of codes is provided for your convenience. After you enter your school code you will receive a security information prompt; click “YES” to continue so you can choose your test. Then you’ll be ready to select a test and testing location.
Steps to Register
- Just log-in. Your log-in ID is already set up (OR123456789 format; see FAQ: How do I log-in and register?)
- Select the Sponsor (OR Insurance)
- Update information with your telephone number
- You’ll see a confirmation screen and then you just “continue”
- Update information with your school code (list of choices provided)
- Select a test (from the dropdown menu)
- Select a test center (page will refresh)
- Select a date and time (page will refresh)
- Review your shopping cart
- Pay for the exam (required at time of exam registration)
- Print receipt and receive an email confirmation

Refunds and Cancellations
To cancel a test and receive a refund on your credit card, you must cancel at least 72 hours before your exam appointment. Exceptions to this policy may be made due to documented illness, injury, or death of a family member.
To review or change or cancel an existing registration you must log-in to Promissor’s registration/test delivery Web site. Then select “View Schedule” to see your scheduled tests.
To cancel or reschedule an exam just follow the instructions.
