Wisconsin Fingerprinting

You will need a credit card, debit card, or establish an account with IBT for prepaid services. To schedule an appointment to have your fingerprints collected please call 1-866-416-4896.

Attention Hazardous Material Haulers and School Bus Drivers:

  1. You will need a Wisconsin Driver License available.
  2. You must have completed your application and tests at a WISDMV office at least one day prior to making this appointment.
